The Dentist Office; three of the most dreaded words in annals of time. What makes the dentist office so scarey and tragic? Is it the patient himself that makes dental care sound so evil? Or is it the crowns, the numerous treatments, or just the fact that it has to do with oral care that makes modern dentistry so terrifying?

Modern dentistry whether it's done in a Provo Dentist Office or an Orem Dentist Office, it's all the same. Dental care is an important part of our lives, or at least it should be. I notice people's teeth when they smile. Generally, you can tell if they have had whitening treatment or implants or even cosmetic care, but nothing is so obvious as the smile of a person who hasn't had good dental care. I have seen teeth so poorly cared for that the teeth don't look real. It's almost unbelievable that some people care for the health of their teeth so little. It's no wonder the Orem Dental Clinic is packed with patients These people let their teeth get so bad that they need implants or false teeth. That's why dentistry gets a bad name. Patients tell their horror stories to their neighbors and the next thing you know is that comes back as gospel.

Oral health is pushed in the schools and pushed by the Dentist Office. It's hard enough for me to find time to see the dentist. I'm not afraid of him. I've had enough crowns in my life that I should be a king. My dentist office loves me because I make them rich. When the dentist wants a new car he calls me and gets me scheduled. I don't take as good a care of my teeth like I should. I don't need cosmetic dentistry nor do I need implants. My teeth look decent. I have a good smile or at least people tell me so.

But when you take a good look at the actual condition of my teeth, they need work. My teeth need whitening like most people, but I could definitely use a crown or two. My dentist office always makes a comment about my teeth when I pay a visit. The dentist always wonders why I have waited so long before I come in. I usually don't pay him a visit unless I am in some kind of dental pain. It's not because of fear it's because of time or the lack thereof.

I have been to the Orem Dentist Clinic and I have been to the Provo Dentist Clinic. Orem is by far the better of the two, not because of the dentistry practiced by the dentists, not because the patients are of a different class but simply because they have the prettier hygienists, although all of them are pretty. Have you ever noticed that dentist offices have the prettiest people working in them? This may sound like something petty like what does this have to do with dental care? Ask anyone, dentist employ beautiful women. My theory is that the prettier the environment the more soothing and calm the visit.

Take that for what it's worth, but I think it's a crucial part of modern dentistry. The Dentist office can be a pleasant place to visit if you keep it in the right perspective.
